Graduate-Level Counseling Intern
Helping you thrive through performance, transition, and growth.
Finding balance and confidence through life's transitions can feel overwhelming. Whether you're competing on the field, adjusting to parenthood, or navigating the pressures of college life—my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, strengthen resilience, and develop tools that help you thrive both personally and professionally.
I specialize in working with athletes, parents, new mothers, and college students. Many of my clients come to counseling to manage stress, perfectionism, identity changes, or the weight of expectations. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, improving communication, and developing skills that promote emotional well-being and sustainable confidence.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor sessions to their unique needs, values, and goals.

Hi, I'm Alex Morgan, a graduate-level counseling intern who is passionate about helping individuals navigate the pressures of performance, transition, and self-discovery. I work with athletes, their parents, and individuals navigating life changes to help them strengthen mental resilience, build confidence, and find balance amidst life's demands.

I understand the unique challenges that come with balancing high expectations. Whether it's competition, parenting, academics, or identity shifts—my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, gain perspective, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I believe that mental wellness and performance go hand in hand, and that meaningful change begins with self-compassion and awareness. My approach combines empathy, collaboration, and practical tools that support both emotional wellness and personal growth.
